I really like this card!!! it is super cool.
Just make sure for that last ability, you state that the player chooses which one they want to do. You cannot just state "X" or "Y". You have to say it like this "When Hunted Wolf phases out or dies, choose one: Scry X, or Fateseal X, where X is the number of Life counters on Hunted Wolf."
This card could certainly get out of hand. But it is awesome, and it isn't broken or anything.
